She was predeceased by: her parents, John Westly Harberd and Beatrice Harberd (Vaughn); her sister Judith Overstreet; her granddaughter Angel Hall; and her stepbrother James Anderson.
She is survived by: her former husband Bobby Ross (Eugen); her husband Richard D. Benon Jr.; her daughters, Cassandra Hall (Edward) and Tunicia Ross-Springer (William); her grandchildren, Darius Ross, Edward E. Hall IV, ShaVeeta Hall and DeAnte Springer; her great grandchild Logan Springer; and her stepsiblings, Wallace Anderson (Flossie), Phil Anderson (Doris) and Penny Anderson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
