He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie M. Williams and Della Williams. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Williams; his daughter Janice Elizabeth Williams McKinney; his fiancés, Tony Sparks of McDonough and Nancy Williams Meares (Joseph) of Hampton; and his sister Betty Walton (Tommy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
