She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Leeth; her son Mark Leeth; her parents, Raymond Smith and Lorene Smith; and her siblings, Marell Smith, Lamana Herstine Collett, Mary Louise Wallace, Elizabeth Ann Smith and Wanda Faye Phillips.
She is survived by: her son Chris Leeth (Melanie); her grandchildren, Ella, Elias and Adam Leeth; and her stepgranddaughters, Katherine Dean and Reannan Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
