He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack D. White, Sr. and Vera C. White; and his brothers, Jack D. White, Jr., Floyd E. White and Donald A. White.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty W. (Howard J. Corso) and Sandra W. (Howard R. Faulk); his nieces and nephews, Christopher White, Cheryl Hobby, Jeremy White, Amanda Ellison, Jeffrey Corso, Robert Corso, Andrea Johnson, Travis Faulk and Jennifer Prickett; and his pet Blue.
