She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Swint; and her parents, Hoke Cartledge and Thelma Cartledge. She is survived by: her children, Susan Stewart of Hampton, Shirley Bradley (Andy) of Athens, Sherry Swint of Athens and Roger Swint (Kathy) of Jonesboro; her sister Jerry Blalock of Virginia; her sisters-in-law, Martha Sherer of Alabama and Frances Wynn (Vern) of Alabama; and her close friend Claudia Bradley. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Three Point Bible Church at 7576 Southlake Pkwy, Jonesboro, GA 30236.
