She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemiah Adams and Julia Coore-Adams; her son Thomas McDonald, III; and her siblings, Amelia Adams Jones, Robert Adams, Joseph Adams and Billy Adams, Sr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Willie Adams Loftin (Leonza) of Fayetteville, Winston Adams of La Grange, Marvin Adams of Ellenwood, Jewel Braswell of Ellenwood, Georgia and Pamela Adams Hudson (Herbert) of Cypress, Texas.
