She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Dowdy and John Dowdy; her husband Bill Williams (Bill); and her siblings, Clifford, Robert Dowdy and Beaulah Carter.
She is survived by: her son Alan Dowis; her daughter-in-law Grace Dowis; her grandchildren, Kellie Glenn (James) and Michael Dowis (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Rylee Dowis, Harrison Glenn and Ruby Grace Glenn.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Park (6841 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236).
