He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucile Ray Rooks and W. L. "Billy" Sapp; his children, Tonya Herrin (Kevin) of K'Ville, Tammy Sapp (Fulton Flowers) of Jesup, Will Sapp of Jesup and Elizabeth Cain (Breeze) of Texas; his stepmother Jean Sapp of K'Ville; and his siblings, Kenny Sapp (Lynn) of K'Ville and Suzanne Corbitt (Hank) of Screven. He was also cherished by Numerous grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
