He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Headley. He is survived by: his wife Keri Ann Shannon; his sons, William, Andrew and Robert; his father William V Headley; and his brothers, Mitch (Margaret), Matthew (Amy) and Lucas (Beth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
