It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Long (Jesup, Georgia), who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz, Sr. Long and Ruby Hutcheson Long; and his siblings, Mary Brannen, Bob Long, Earl Long, Charles Long and Sara Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Jada Bishop, Lee of Jesup, Madison Long of Ludowici and Dalton Long of Atlanta; his siblings, Kathleen Gunter (Larry) of Ludowici, Phyllis Long of Ludowici, Edith Weir (Jim) of Ludowici, Joyce Dasher (Jeffrey) of Ludowici, Lynne Simpson of Ludowici, Franz Long, Jr. (Debbie), John Long (Judy) and Daniel Long (Lynette); his grandsons, Ashton and Tristan; and his close friend Toni Shackleford of Jesup. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
