She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hayes and Maude Hayes; her grandson Tyler Turkington; and her siblings, Lawanda Yeomans, Cub Hayes and Preacher Hayes.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Debby Turkington (Brent) of Park City; her grandchildren, Barret Murray Turkington of Stevensville and Lucas Bradley Turkington of Park City; her brother Jerry Hayes of Jesup; and her sisters-in-law, Erleen Hayes of Jesup and Patsy Hayes of Jesup.
