Ballard of Jesup; his children, Russell Paul Ballard, III (Amy) of Rineyville, KY, Kimberly Ann Green of Jesup and Melissa Gail Ballard of Jesup; his siblings, Carl Ballard (Sandy) of Cincinnati, OH, Betty Sue Reagan of Cincinnati, OH and Mark Ballard (Kim) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Jared Mattocks, Christopher Ballard, Bryce Ballard, Thomas Jernigan, Valerie Green, Melissa Greene and Joshua Dean; and his great grandchildren, Beau Jernigan, Amir Jackson, Adelina, Jojo and Arthur Ballard. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
