He was predeceased by: his father James Perry Harper; and his brother Richie Harper. He is survived by: his wives, Peri and Stephanie Baxter Harper of Jesup; his children, Peri Harper and Nick Harper; his mother Kathleen Brackin (Thad) of Odum; and his sisters, Cindy Martin (Donnie) and Tina Thornton (Drew). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
