He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ivan Outland; his siblings, Ronald Outland and Karen Outland; his mother Mary Trepczynski; his stepfather Richard Trepczynski of Troy, Michigan; his children, Robert Reed Outland of Jesup, Rachel of Troy, Michigan and Maria Outland of Troy, Michigan; his stepchildren, Jessica Gallaher of Jesup, Lawrence Hardwick of Jesup and Jesse Hardwick of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his significant other Peggy Howard of Jesup; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Nail of Jesup, Jamie Howard of Brunswick, Debra Woodcock (Jackson) of Jesup and Saundra Outland; and his half-brother Richie Trepczynski of Troy Michigan. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews cousins and extended family.
