He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ira and Mildred Pendergrass; his parents-in-law, William "Bill" and Bobbie Lou Studstill; and his nephew Richard "Richie" Studstill, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Damien "Grass" Pendergrass and Eryn Waher (Ricky); his grandchildren, Taylor L., Morgan McClain, Rikki Waher and Hunter Waher; his great grandchildren, Ava Lynn Evors and Robert Aden McClain; his brothers, Lonnie Pendergrass (Connie) and Richard Studstill (Vicky); his niece Kelli S. Goober (Dustin); his nephews, Jack and Lonnie Pendergrass, Jr.; and also Cheryl L. Studstill Pendergrass.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Yellow Jacket Booster Club and the United Way.
