He was predeceased by: his uncle Barry Collier; and his aunt Marie Collier. He is survived by: his daughters, Maggie Collier of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Edith Collier of Tampa, Fla.; his parents, Stanley Collier and Sherry Collier of Jesup; and his siblings, Jennifer Popkin (David) of Jesup, Allison Carter (Owen) of Jesup and Roger Collier (Stacey) of Statesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jesup First United Methodist Church, 205 E. Cherry Street, Jesup, GA 31546.
