He was predeceased by: his wife Freddie Stanley Woods; and his brother Doug Woods. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Cliff Woods (JoAnn) of Jesup, Donnell Woods of Jesup and David Woods (Mary) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Erica Scott (Alan) of Jesup, Josh Woods (Tiffany) of Jesup, Courtney Hampton (Brandon) of Jesup and Chris Woods of Jesup; his great grandchildren, Hayden Hampton, Hunter Scott, Evie Woods and Bailey Scott; and his sisters, Audrey Morgan and Jan Tootle (Jimmy).
