He is survived by: his wife Jenna Lewis; his sons, Samuel B. Lewis of Jesup, Daniel M. Lewis of Jesup, Matthew G. Lewis of Jesup and Joseph E. Lewis of Jesup; his siblings, David Lewis (Ryan), Silas Lewis (Rebecca), Zeth Flowers, Nancy Davis (Spencer), Faith Thornton (Taylor) and Brenda Alewine (Kyle); his stepparents, Charlene Lewis and Stephen Benes; his friend Michelle Flowers; his brothers-in-law, James Riendeau (Kayla), Charles Crews (Kristi) and Tyler Thornton; his niece Erica Rozier (Anthony); and his nephew Christopher Davis.
In lieu of flowers, an education fund has been established, Lewis Education Fund, 1023 Odessa Rd. Jesup, GA 31546.
