He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Paul Smith; and his parents, Paul Smith and Joeann Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith of Jesup; his children, Melinda Vonkurzbach of Jesup, Britney Bennett (Cale) of Jesup, Miranda Orvin of Jesup and Nicholas Jordan of Jesup; and his brother Stevie Smith of Jesup. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
