He is survived by: his spouse Mildred P. Bacon; his sister Frieda Stanford; his children, Brenda Orr (Doug) of New Mexico, Chris Bacon (LuAnn) of Cocoa Beach, FL, Mark Bacon (Cindy) of Screven and Marlene Jelks (David) of Riceboro; and his brother Freeman Bacon of Jesup. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
