She is survived by: her husband Joe Addotta of Jesup; her sons, Salvatore Addotta of Waco, Joseph Addotta, Jr., West Palm Beach and Paul John Addotta (Nancy Lynne) of Margate, Florida; and her siblings, Mary Kate Maddock, Melody Maddock, Jolene Lesniewski and William Maddock. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
