He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Lassin and Albertha Stusse Lassin; and his siblings, Theodore, Robert, Dennis, William Lassin and Christine Borys.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Leanna Trent (Pete) of Reidsville, Ryan Lassin of Clarksville and Megan Teston (Scotty) of Darien, Georgia; his close friend Beverly Stallings Brown (Georgia) of Jesup; his sisters, Ann Zeno and Grace Lassin; his grandchildren, Autumn Trent, Alexzander Trent, McKinley Teston, Jeffrey Scott Teston, III, Arayna Powell, Rilynn Powell, Hayden Powell, Chelsea Boelles and James Rylee Lassin; and also Deanna Marie Powell (Ryan) of Jesup, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
