It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mel Wilson of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Wald Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Risi (Jim) of St. Simons Island, Mike Wilson of Albany and Bobby Wilson of Savannah; and his grandsons, Eric and Scott Risi. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
