She is survived by: her husband Theo Arnett of Jesup; her children, Vickie Davis (Drew) of Jesup and Dale Arnett (Debra) of Baxley; her brother Talmadge Phillips (Jane) of Franklin; and her grandchildren, Adam Griffis (Cassie), Nicole Brannen (Nic), Jeremy Griffis (Stephanie), Melody Westberry (Brent) and Paxton Arnett. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
