It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Fleming Odum of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aplin C. Riley and Loris Inez Dubberly Riley; and her husband Wayne Godfrey Odum. She is survived by: her children, Mary Laotha Odum Carswell (Joe) of Augusta and Wayne Riley Odum (Cecilia) of Prosperity; her grandchildren, Lisa Carswell Presnell (Tripp) of Brevard, Joseph Carswell (Leanna) of Augusta, Daniel Odum of Prosperity, Jonathan Odum, Mary Odum Dixon (Brandon) of San Marcos, Elizabeth Odum Phillips (Jason) of Commerce, Rachel Odum of Commerce, Benjamin Odum (Katie) of Chapin, Michael Odum (Sylvia) of Prosperity, Rebekah Odum (Varun) of San Francisco and Joshua Odum of Prosperity; and her great grandchildren, Finn Presnell, Aleta Jolly, Mackie Presnell, Anna Jane Carswell, Evvie Phillips, Elise Phillips, Gamble Carswell, Anna Riley Phillips and Rosemary Phillips.
