She is survived by: her children, Dean Collins (Karen) of Baxley, Randy Collins of Baxley and Carla Ann Collins of Orange Park, FL; her grandchildren, LeeAnne Ewaldsen (John Paul), Micah Collins, Christian Williams (Zack) and Zack Collins; and her great grandchildren, Collin and Emie Ewaldsen.
