He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Jackson Osborne. He is survived by: his father James D. Osborne (Vicky); his siblings, Teresa Scarborough (DeWitt), Debra Dodge (James) and John Osborne; his aunt Glenda Osborne; and his close friend Greg Tyre. He is also survived by his children, step-children and grandchildren.
