It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie Hyers Bland of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Bland, Jr.; her parents, Clifford Hyers and Elouise Hyers; her siblings, Beverly Hyers Hires and Cleve Hyers; and her niece Lanna Aldridge Denison.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Bland Kenerly (John Lex Kenerly III) and James Richard Bland IV "Jay" (Maddy); her grandchildren, Jack and Josie; her children, Hunter Flanagan Bland, Emily and John Lex Kenerly IV (Amy Gail); her granddaughter Evelyn Anne; her daughter Adeline Kenerly Lambert (Greyson); her grandchildren, Lock and Middleton; her child Jameson Kenerly Ragsdale (Cole); her grandchild Tate; her children, Asher Lanier Kenerly (Powell) and David Middleton Bland II (Lauren) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Tripp and Buster; and her children, Arria Blythe Bland, Brayden Bland Sheffield (Will) and Ava Brynnslet Bland.
