She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Heath and Jewel Cribbs Heath; and her siblings, David Heath, Vaughn Heath, Billy Heath Sr. and Gladys Kafka.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Slater of Ft Pierce, Fla.; her children, Ricky Moxley of Palm City, Fla., Tammy Lynn Spires of Middlefield, Ohio, Kimberly Coleman, Timothy Slater and Tracy Davis of Fort Pierce, Fla.; and her siblings, Steve Heath of Jesup, Mary Ann Miller of Jesup, Darlene Archambeault of Jesup, Gail Rothfeldt of Mobile, Ala., Lawrence Heath of Beech Island, S. C. and Wesley Heath of Kingston. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
