He is survived by: his wife Brenda H. King of Jesup; and his children, Huby King (Mechelle) of Pine Mountain, Christopher Pope (Nikki) of St. Simons Island and Cassie Morris of LaGrange. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

The family request memorials be made to Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation, care of Cancer Care Center, 2415 Parkwood Drive, Brunswick, GA 31520.
