He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irvin Franklin and Louise Franklin; his siblings, Eugene, Billy, Dickie, LaFaye, Grace and Margie; his fiancée Debbie White of Waycross; his children, Melissa Owens (David) of Odum and Dana Long (Jennifer) of Midway; his sister JoAnne Bennett of Screven; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Madisyn Kent, Hadley and Mallory Long; his extended family, Heather Dowling and Haley Livingston (Scott); and also, Lillie and Marlee. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
