He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Warren Harrell; and his daughter Charlotte Ellen Harrell. He is survived by: his sons, Michael L. Harrell (Karen) of Jesup and Roy Harrell (Lisa Tumarkin) of Gainesville, Fla.; his grandchildren, Michael L., Jr. Harrell (Susan), Rebecca Curtis (George), Hannah Elizabeth Harrell Martin (Jason), Katherine Berlin Harrell and Lucas Welch Harrell (Marcelle); his stepgranddaughters, Tess Tumarkin and Rachel Brannen; his great grandchildren, Miranda, Malcolm Curtis, Mollie Grace, Miles Martin, Sam, Ben and Harper Harrell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison Fu (Shaun) and Mary Jane Laroche.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jesup First United Methodist Church, 205 E. Cherry Street, Jesup, GA 31546.
