She is survived by: her husband Donald Virlyn Nix of Jesup; her stepfather Aaron Collins of Reidsville; her mother-in-law Edna Nix Arnold of Perry; her daughters, Brandi Thornton (Bailey) of Odum and Brittney Middlebrooks (Pierce) of Jesup; her grandson Beckett Thornton; her siblings, James Corbitt (Deidra) of Reidsville, Renee White (Dale) of Reidsville and Vanda Wilsey of Jesup; and her close friend Susan Parker (Jimmy) of Glennville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546).
