She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Phillips Meiller of Jacksonville, FL and Katey Phillips (Fiance-Daryl Kornegay) of Jesup; her brother David Collier (Jan) of Jesup; her grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Isabelle Meiller, Nick, Nathan, Nash Beasley, Reagan and Riley Kornegay; and her niece Jackie Worsham.
