We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, at the age of 84, Julian Lewis of Jesup, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julian Lewis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Marjorie Padgett Lewis; his son Kevin Lewis; and his siblings, Frances Lewis Anderson, Vida Lewis Aspinwall Moore, Vernon, Elmer, Franklin, Linton, Jerry and Herman Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Joyner Lewis of Jesup; and his children, Lisa Callaway (Bob) of Collins and Jason Joyner (Michele) of Jonesborough, Tenn.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesup Primitive Baptist Church (595 S 1st St, Jesup, GA 31545). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 1625 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, GA 31545.
