She is survived by: her husband Kenny Starling of Jesup; her children, Janice O'Quinn (Chuck), Susan Poppell (Leland), Johnny Starling (Jan) and Chris Starling; her siblings, Melba Vaughan of Odenton, Rita Dayton of Sumter, Barbara Rey of Halethorpe, MD, Willard Rogers of Baltimore, Donald Rogers of Blue Ridge, Larry Rogers of Glen Burnie, Ronald Rogers of Florida and Jerry Rogers of Pasadena; and her grandchildren, Rachael Morgan, Jeffery, Justin, Aaron, Steffany Wheeler and Hayes Starling. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
