He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Poppell Daniels; his son Joey Daniels; his grandson Patrick Daniels; and his siblings, Martha Brown and Ronnie Daniels.
He is survived by: his daughters, Venita Daniels of Douglas and Terri Ogden (Ronnie) of Jesup; his siblings, Carroll Daniels of Jesup and Shirley Eiland of Ala; his grandchildren, Ron Ogden (Carmen) of Jesup, Chad Ogden of Jesup and Jordin Lee (Parris) of Atlanta; and his great grandchild Reese. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
