He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Frye O'Neal of Jesup; his children, Mike (Dana O'Neal), Ricky (Melissa O'Neal) and Billie; his son-in-law Dyllan Wells of Jesup; his grandchildren, Sarah O'Neal, Isiaiah O'Neal, Lily O'Neal, Saya Wells, Layla Wells, Evonne Wells and Dee Pacheco; and his siblings, Lloyd O'Neal of Jesup, Jack O'Neal of Jesup and Janet O'Neal (Tracy) of Jesup. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
