Joe Phelps Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2018, at the age of 70, Joe Phelps Jr. (Jesup, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe, Sr. and Jeanette Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bennett Phelps of Jesup; his son Joseph L. Phelps, III; his wife Meridith of Jesup; his grandson Griffin Phelps; and his brothers, Harold Phelps (Rita) of Jesup and David Phelps (Michelle) of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials made to the Youth at Jesup First United Methodist Church, 205 E. Cherry Street, Jesup, Ga. 31545.
