He is survived by: his mother Mae Howard Starling of Jesup; his siblings, Elbert Davis of Camden County, Sarah Mathis of Nahunta, Tommy Howard (Teresa) of Augusta and Deanna Miller of Jesup; his daughter Kristy Howard Roland of Camden County; his aunt Linda Gail Dixon (Shorty) of Jesup; and his uncle Roy Wilson of Jesup. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
