He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Hyers Bland of Jesup; his children, Dr. James Richard "Richie" Bland, III (Ava) of Carrollton, GA, Joy Kenerly (Lex) of Jesup and David Bland (Arria) of Jesup; his great grandchildren, Leah Martin (John Paul) and Ava Jane; and his grandchildren, James Richard "Jay" Bland, IV (Maddy), James Richard "Jack" Bland, Hunter Bland (Emily) of Miami, FL, John Lex Kenerly IV, Adeline Lambert (Greyson), Lock of Atlanta, Jameson Ragsdale (Cole) of Birmingham, AL, Asher Kenerly (Powell) of Warrenton, VA, David Bland (Lauren), Tripp of St. Simons Island, GA, Blythe Bland of Atlanta, Brayden Sheffield (Will) of Glennville, GA and Brynnslet Bland of Jesup.
