He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Gail Sweat Rowell; his grandparents, Gladys, Vernon Rowell, Tracy James and Modene Tuten Sweat; his father-in-law Bill Moseley; his nephew A. J. Reddish; and his cousin Mandi Dubberly.
He is survived by: his father Jerry Edwin Rowell of Townsend, GA; his wife Georgia Moseley Rowell of Jesup; his children, Lauren Whitley Rowell of Jeremiah James and Lucas Mason "Luke" Rowell of Jesup; his brother Richard William "Richie" Rowell of Alma; his mother-in-law Clora Moseley of Jesup; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence, Vanessa Moseley of Jesup, Sheriff Chuck, Jennifer Moseley of Screven, Cindy, Alex Reddish of Jesup, Billie Jo, Buddy Starling of Jesup, Kimberly and Ronnie Poppell of Jesup. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and numerous other relatives.
