She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Donica; and her parents, Guy Stanley and Kathryn Stanley of Winchester. She is survived by: her children, Fred "Ricky" Donica, III (Deanna) of Jacksonville and Sharon Spradley (Jeremiah) of Jesup; her granddaughters, Jennifer Ulmer and Madison Brant (Lee) of Jesup; and her sister Carolyn Lebo of San Diego. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
