She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Thornton and Lillian Griffin Thornton; and her brothers, Carroll Thornton, Farris Thornton, Sr., Julian Dewayne Thornton and Billy Thornton.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby WIlliford of Jesup; her children, Jonathan Hiers (Kelly) of Forsyth, GA and Jessica Freeman (Kevin) of Luverne, AL; her brothers, Ralph Thornton (Diane) of Hoboken and Glynn Thornton (Roberta) of Senoia; her grandchildren, Tyler Hiers (Taylor), Brenley Hiers, Blossom Hiers, Desiree Bryant (Cory), Keagan Phillips, Seryna Phillips, Kevin Freeman and Kylen Freeman; her great grandchildren, Kari, Luna Blisselyn and Ryles; and her stepson Mark Williford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Friends and family may pay their respects from 1:00 p. m. until the funeral hour but are asked to follow COVID-19 guidelines with social distancing measures in place. Burial will be private.
