He is survived by: his wife Polly Allen Hendricks of Jesup; his daughter Misty Baker (David) of Jesup; his sisters, Connie Anderson of Shellman Bluff, Jacklyn Carter of Jesup and Louise Thrift of Blackshear; and his grandchildren, Dillon Dunham, Kayla Dunham and Jonathan White.
