He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Bullard and Betty Bullard; his brothers, Travis and Kevin; his daughters, Nicole Kersey of Jesup and Kaitlyn Bullard (Alexander Ring) of Jesup; his son-in-law Lee Kersey; his grandchildren, Kaidence, Caysen, Jaelen, Everly and Serenity; and his brothers, Randy Bullard (Sharon), Ronnie Bullard and Timmy Bullard (Annette).
