He is survived by: his wife Sherry Townsend; his sons, Jerrett Townsend (Jennifer) of Jesup and Jeb Townsend (Jessica) of Caldogno, Italy; his grandchildren, Jet, Edge, Lincoln Townsend, Jaycie and Aurellia Townsend; his brothers, Keith Townsend (Rita) of Jacksonville, Kirk Townsend (Marylnn) of Keystone Heights, FL and Daryl Townsend (Missy) of Middleburg, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Plunkitt (B. J.) of Indianpolis, IN, Steve Plunkitt (Cindy) of Imlay City, MI and Mary Townsend of Jacksonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
