She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Adolf and Ida Rexin Tagge; her husband James Gilbert Delk; and her brothers, Wolfgang and Horst Tagge.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Boyd of Jesup and Hart Boyd (Terri) of Dallas, GA; her sister Hannelore Thomas of Newbern, NC; her grandchildren, Dwayne Strickland (Robin) of Plaquemine, LA, Eric Strickland of Jesup, Justin Boyd of Jesup, Nathan and Natalie Boyd of Dallas, GA; her great grandchildren, Tylar, Jackson Strickland of Barhamsville, VA, Camilla and Marshall Strickland of Plaquemine, LA; and her goddaughter Marion Dalrymple. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
