She was predeceased by: her brother James Spell. She is survived by: her husband Pete O'Quinn of Jesup; her daughter Angie O'Quinn of Jesup; her mother Juanita Byrd Spell of Jesup; and also, Jack Russell "Max" and Katie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 9, Jesup, Ga. 31598.
