He was predeceased by: his wife Evelene Booth Tootle; his son Toby Tootle; and his siblings, Alva Lee Willis, Inez Morosky, Randall, James, Cleve and Alvin Tootle.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Rachel Tootle Theus, Kara Theus (Kelsea Hardee) and Karen Jorgensen (Sam) of Jesup; and also Joann Lanier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of South Georgia, 1425 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, Ga. 31545.
